A member and his dependent are entitled to receive the following benefists at
the YMCI clinic for only Php 550.00
1. UNLIMITED FREE medical consultation with YMCI in-house physicians.
2. Fixed fee of Php 300.00 for every consultation with specialists.
3. 10% discount on laboratory & diagnostic test.
4. 10% discount on all dental procedures.
5. 15% discount on special procedures or test.
 “SEAFARER’S EXECUTIVE CARD”
This card entitles you to the various preventive healthcare services. For
only Php 5,500.00 one can avail for the following privileges for a period
one (1) year:
- FREE UNLIMITED consultation with YMCI,s primary care physicians (in-house
Family Madicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician)
- FREE UNLIMITED consultation with YMCI,s in-house. Dentist
- Fixed fee of Php 300.00 every consultation with specialist.
- 10% discount on laboratory and diagnotic tests
- 10% discount on all dental procedures
- 10% discount on use of operating room for minor surgical procedures
